Our Principal Petrophysicist is SCOTT DODGE who has over 30 years experience with ExxonMobil on 7 continents, 19 countries and 27 sedimentary basins. Early in his career he spent 2 years in a dedicated Formation Evaluation Expert programme at Exxon Production Research as one of only five graduates of the programme, consisting of Well Testing, Petrophysics, Core Analysis, Cased Hole Nuclear and Mud Logging. He has extensive experience in both clastic and carbonate reservoirs in North and South America, West Africa, Middle East, Europe, Asia and Australasia with specialisation in field studies, rock typing, NMR applications, special core analysis, cased-hole surveillance, and drill well FE programming and evaluation.

Newly developed proprietary tight reservoir workflows developed for low permeability clastic and carbonate reservoirs, gas or oil. Extension of Purcell, Ruth capillary pressure model to Rock Pore Typing with NMR on the length scale. Provides improved classification of pore systems based on hydraulic flow properties and leads to better identification of producible hydrocarbons.
